Is there really no credit card required for the trial?
Yes. Create an account and you get 14 days of full access — no payment information needed. You only need to pay when you decide to continue after the trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → License in your account. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. SmartERP has a Windows desktop application with a local database. It works fully offline — even during power cuts. The cloud version is available when you have internet.
Is my data safe?
Sensitive fields like PAN, Aadhaar, and bank account numbers are encrypted with AES-256 at the field level. Your vault key is never stored — only its hash. Every access to sensitive data is logged with timestamp and user.
Will I get a GST invoice for my subscription?
Yes. Every payment comes with a proper GST invoice from EkatraCore Technologies with our GSTIN and HSN code. You can claim input tax credit on it.
What happens if I don't renew?
After expiry there is a 7-day grace period where you can still log in and export your data. After that the account becomes read-only. Your data is never deleted.
